Abstract

El abuelo narra en Magütá la historia de un jóven que, al bajar en canoa por el río Amazonas, escuchó música y creyó que era una fiesta. En realidad era la fiesta de la pava hedionda, donde vio muchas mujeres bonitas. Se quedó allí, pero al despertar estaba en el monte amarrado a un palo. Luego buscó su canoa y la encontró en el lugar donde la había arrimado. El abuelo aprendió este cuento cuando era joven, lo escuchó de los mestizos y así lo aprendió.
