Sergio Ramos del Águila introduce en Magütá a Elvira Laulate. La abuela Elvira Laulate cuenta en Magütá las diferentes formas de canastos que existen y para qué sirven: pechi, bure, uata y wotura. Explica que la canasta servía para cargar y transportar plumas pintadas. Cuando iban a fiestas, mingas o a otras comunidades, llevaban las plumas para usarlas como adornos. En el camino abrían la canasta y se colocaban los collares y adornos en el cuerpo, los brazos, los tobillos y las canillas.

The elder Elvira Laulate explains in Magütá the different kinds of baskets that exist and what they are used for: pechi, bure, uata, and wotura. She explains that the basket was used to carry and transport painted feathers. When they went to festivals, mingas, or other communities, they would take the feathers to use as adornments. Along the way they would open the basket and place the necklaces and ornaments on their bodies, arms, ankles, and shins.
